We do not subcontract work or use external editors. As a result, we guarantee a completely confidential service and will not disclose any details of clients or their work to a third party. Following payment, we reserve no form of ownership or copyright of any text delivered by us to clients.
Files for editing will be stored on just one computer, and all will be deleted one month after completion of work and issuing of the invoice, or longer if requested by the client. All our computers have firewall protection, anti-spyware and antivirus software installed together with regular updates and all incoming and outgoing email and files are automatically checked for viruses.
